At MoonEstates.com, customers always come first and satisfaction is fully guaranteed. You may return any item that is in a resalable condition, and MoonEstates.com will credit your account in full, provided the item is returned within 30 days from receipt.
Due to inconsistences with Royal Mail's postage service, please inform us stating your full order details if you haven't received your order via Royal Mail within 14 days if its dispatch date. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
Please note that MoonEstates.com cannot generate refunds for items purchased from third-party resellers of MoonEstates' goods. Only your reseller can generate a refund.
